SUMMARY: HomeWell Care Services of Colorado is seeking a Community Liaison. This position will represent HomeWell and help bring in additional business for the company. The Community Liaison's role will include working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry. They will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources. They will also need to attend events in the community increasing community awareness of HomeWell’s mission and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for HomeWell. Perform 8-10 in person visits daily. To include but not limited to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on HomeWell’s services. Attending community networking events to create additional business relationships for HomeWell. Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for HomeWell. Prepare presentations using HomeWell’s marketing materials. Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that HomeWell offers. Field referral calls and discuss opportunities that are brought to HomeWell. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

 2+ years Sales and/or Marketing experience in B2B or B2C industries.

 Intuitive, competitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution oriented and self-driven.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement.

 Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player.

 Process-oriented, results-driven, and able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software (WellSky).

 Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure. Medical, Voluntary, 401K matching, and PTO benefits offered.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL DEMANDS: 80% of travel to clients and prospective clients within an assigned territory using a reliable transportation.

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt.

POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full-time.
